MY PRACTICE OF HYPNOSIS
Through the difficulties, whether personal, family or professional that bring you to the practice, together we identify the origin to put in place the levers of change.
We also identify possible limiting beliefs and unconscious patterns that cause blockages. From the information that you will have communicated to me, I will guide you through protocols to transform these potential limiting beliefs and to find the necessary resources in order to evolve.
A change in beliefs, thoughts, emotions or behaviors is necessarily expressed by the creation of new neural networks in the brain. These changes in the very structure and plasticity of the brain are at the heart of any lasting personal change. We cannot change if we always use the same way of thinking, feeling and acting. In this sense, my interventions are based on principles which, scientifically, have been shown to produce changes at this level.
Together, we make the changes necessary for the life you want. This leads to “chain” improvements in areas you don’t even imagine yet.
Even if your blockage goes back several years, or even transgenerationally, rapid change is quite possible.
You will then have the opportunity to understand how your brain works and discover its extraordinary abilities. Unlike show hypnosis, evolutionary hypnosis is not sleep but an active and creative state as close as possible to your imagination.
The goal of hypnosis is to voluntarily reach a modified state of consciousness to access your creativity, one that allows you to perceive that the limits you feel are often those that you have set for yourself, without wanting to.

This is how my sessions go
A session lasts 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes. (allow 1h30 for the first session)
The duration of the accompaniment can vary between 2 and 5 sessions, according to the challenges identified in the initial session and according to the experiences lived during your hypnosis
The rhythm of the sessions is to be defined together. I recommend 1 week minimum interval between 2 sessions.
In precedence we carry out an in-depth interview to understand the reasons for your visit, the troubles, and your life course to be able to determine your objectives, and decide on the axis of the session. This step is called the anamnesis.
The hypnosis session begins with a deepening of the state of relaxation through an induction. The term is given to indicate the accompaniment in a safe state of hypnosis.
The next phase is called the core session. It follows naturally from the anamnesis and the analysis of the objective, it differs from one session to another. The method is interactive and it is designed to go directly to the heart of the problem, by a mode of communication with the subconscious. This is the key part of the work, because it allows buried emotions to resurface, and to bring security, in order to be able to put in place new behaviors in connection with the objective.
Before returning to an ordinary state of consciousness, there is a process of integration so that the effects of the session are reinforced durably, if not definitively over time.

Who is ontological hypnosis for ?
It is a therapeutic hypnosis which is aimed at the general public for all types of symptoms.
Ontological hypnosis is for those who are in agreement with the scientific foundations, the principles of spirituality and the proposed approach of co-creation of change. These are generally people who :
- eager to evolve, to actualize their full potential in this life
- who see themselves as being responsible for their situation
- who are willing to play an active role in their change process.
What will my role be?
It is important to understand your role as a subject because it is very different from popular approaches to hypnosis where the client is mostly passive during encounters. Typically, the client simply listens to what the hypnotist is saying.
In evolutionary hypnosis, the process is interactive! Whether during non-hypnotic activities or hypnotic interventions, you interact with your practitioner in different ways. It is a dynamic approach where you are fully engaged in the process. You even have an important role to play between your meetings.
Neurosciences are unanimous on this point : to change, we must put new learning into action. This is why, during our meetings, you will have different experiences and learn different things. Your role will be to perform new actions (based on your learning) to achieve what you want to manifest in your life. At the end of each meeting, we will establish an action plan, something new to put into practice. This simple step ensures that new neural connections will be created in your brain.
Self hypnosis practice
I will also give you instructions on how to practice self-hypnosis between our meetings. Because the brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined, you will have a specific practice to perform, personalized to your situation, to support you in your change. Moreover, according to neuroscience, visualization exercises work even if there is no hypnotic state installed. In this sense, hypnosis amplifies or potentiates the practice, but is not necessary. It is the practice that is essential.
In the following meeting, we will devote time to debriefing on your experience with your action plan as well as with your practice of self-hypnosis.
What types of challenges can be addressed in ontological hypnosis?
Here is a non-exhaustive list of contexts where ontological hypnosis can be useful. If your challenge does not fit into the list below, we suggest you discuss it with your practitioner.
- difficulty achieving goals: Lack of strategies, lack of motivation, abandonment, discouragement
- Behavioral difficulties: Bad habits, behaviors harmful to self or others, desires to adopt healthier behaviors for oneself
- emotional difficulties: irrational or real fears, lack of self-confidence, social anxiety, fear of public speaking, uncontrollable anger, sadness, difficulty making decisions, anxiety and mental concerns
- relational difficulties: difficulty saying no, asserting oneself, mourning, managing a romantic relationship that has ended, anxiety, difficulty forgiving, difficulty being oneself
- health challenges: weight loss, smoking cessation, stress management, healing support, preparing for and recovering from surgery
- lack of meaning in his life: Feeling of stagnation or blockage in his life, desire to evolve.
How many sessions will be needed?
The answer to this question depends on several factors such as the complexity of your challenge, your level of commitment, your quality of hypnotic receptivity, your willingness and motivation to change, etc.
Thus, two sessions could be sufficient, just as the process could take 10.
However, in general, 2 to 5 sessions are enough to allow in-depth work.
What is hypnosis ? (And what it isn't!)
There are several myths and misconceptions about hypnosis. In fact, hypnosis is a completely natural and safe heightened state of consciousness.
To learn more about hypnosis…
1. You don’t sleep like when you sleep at night.
This is an altered (enhanced) state of consciousness, measurable with an electroencephalogram (EEG), but you do not lose consciousness. You will remain aware that you are there and you will always hear the sound of the practitioner’s voice. In this sense, the state of hypnosis is not a state of unconsciousness but rather of hyper-consciousness, a state where you have access to information or experiences to which you do not have access with your everyday consciousness.
2. A perfectly safe experience
You are completely safe! You cannot stay in hypnosis, you will only access information and live experiences that are positive for your development! You are going to experience exactly what you need to experience to move forward on your life path. Chance does not exist and you can completely trust life.
3. Anyone of normal or superior intelligence can be hypnotized
The heightened state of consciousness is accessible to everyone for the simple reason that it is associated with a state of consciousness that we all experience at certain times in our daily lives, such as before falling asleep at night or upon waking up, and even during different times during the day. There are therefore no hypnotizable people and others who are not. There may be different degrees of receptivity, different predispositions for some people, but with practice, anyone can do it!
4. The amplified state of consciousness does not necessarily involve particular sensations
The amplified state of consciousness is a state of openness and receptivity that does not necessarily involve any particular sensations. Some people may feel their body become heavy, others will feel it lighter, others no longer feel their body, others feel vibrations or a feeling of being like cotton wool. And others…will just feel relaxed, without any particular sensations. If you feel sensations, you can accept them knowing that it’s normal, and if not, that’s normal too.
5. You can move!
Eh yes! You are not a mummy unable to move! You can adjust your position and scratch if you feel the need! It will not influence the trance state. It would also be possible to open the eyes in this state. Moreover, we see it well in hypnosis shows: the subjects open their eyes, move on stage, speak while remaining in this state.
6. You can talk!
Not only can you talk, but sometimes it will be important to do so. Besides, if you have a need, whatever it is (going to the toilet, a blanket for your comfort, etc.), it is important to mention it to me. On the other hand, if you ever feel a special experience, do not hesitate to let me know so that I can better accompany you.
7. You don’t have to be able to visualize!
Not everyone is “visual”, which is why we prefer to use the term “sensory”. This means using all of our senses. Your practitioner will sometimes invite you to imagine certain things and you just have to represent them to yourself in your own way, without forcing anything. It is technically impossible not to be able to imagine things inside of us. We do this constantly by thinking about future situations or thinking back to past situations (happy or painful). So we can all imagine things inside of us.
Hypnosis is a complementary therapy, which in no way replaces traditional medicine, it is advisable to stay in contact with your doctor regarding your medical prescriptions.
